Rebecca Jean Barton, age 47 of Danbury, daughter of Donald Barton and the late Cynthia Barton, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2010 at her home. She was born on December 23, 1962 in Danbury, and was a graduate of Danbury High School. Prior to her death she worked at the Mental Health Association of CT in Danbury for several years. Besides her father and his wife, Susan of Maine, she is also survived by four sisters, Debra Barton of New Hampshire, Heather Lindloff and her husband, Richard of Maine, Eileen Marcoux and her husband, Mike of New Hampshire, and Rachele Barton of Maine; and one brother, Steve Barton and his wife, Sue of New Hampshire; four nieces; and a nephew. Donations in her memory may be made to the Mental Health Association of CT, 345 Main St, Danbury, CT 06810. The funeral will be held at the Hull Funeral Home, 60 Division Street, Danbury, on Friday at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home during the hour preceding the service from 12 to 1 p.m. Burial will be in Wooster Cemetery, Danbury.
