Sergio V. Cipriano, age 45, of Danbury died suddenly on August 24, 2009 while vacationing in Florida.

Sergio was born November 12, 1963 in Danbury, the son of Manuel D. and Lucilia (Bento) Cipriano of Danbury. A lifelong resident of Danbury he was a graduate of local schools, and was a gradue of C.P.I. In Bridgeport. Sergio was self-employed, working in various computer related fields, and was a parishioner of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Danbury. He was an avid Yankee fan and cherished spending special times with his daughter Nicole.

In addition to his parents and daughter, Sergio is survived by his brother, Manny R. Cipriano and his wife, Patricia of Danbury; his niece Jessica Cipriano; his nephew and godson Michael Cipriano; along with aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 29 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Danbury at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery, Danbury.
